    What to do?

Quick question if I may. I was looking to gain some more definition and "get ripped up". I'm 5'9 about 190 lbs sorta stalky build, good definition and workout 4-6 a week solid for 2 years now. Question is do I go Thermogenic? PH? Anabolic? I'm not looking to get the 4X4 look I'm happy with my mass and want to get as cut as can be. Any help would be appreciated.

I would honestly just go with a thermogenic right now, 3-4 times daily depending what it is. Also, like Larva said -- A cutting diet is a must. Maybe to keep up the muscle mass during your cut use some 1-TEST or M1T ( Talk to Prince about that ). Thermogenics will only get you so far, strict dieting, and cardiovascular excerise is what's gonna shed off the weight.

M1T is very effective for cutting!

but, first and foremost proper diet/nutrition.

Cool. Appreciate the responses. I'm leaning towards a thermo to cut and keep on with my routine and cardio. I then plan to look into either M1T or 1-Test. Maybe I'll through some pics of my progress over the next 6 months. Is there a thread started somewhere where people post their progress and timeline? Kinda cheesy but gives people some visual and motivation I guess.

that is true, it's a different compound due to the structural change, but it's still 1-test, although it acts a little bit differently in the body, a bit less androgenic than 1-test, and more anabolic as well.

Yeah...I guess I was nitpicking a bit on that one. I was remembering something I read on another site where it was mentioned that 1,4ADD, a precursor to EQ, changes when methylated and becomes a precursor to dbol. Not sure what M1T would be compared to, but its definitely not the same thing as 1 Test. Again...just nitpicking.

Scissors are also good for cutting.
