Yeah, you can, but why would you want to? In the last 12 hours i turned into a complete believer into Optimum Nutrition (dbl chocolate) whey..this stuff is extremely soluble. add one scoop to a glass of water, stir it with a spoon for 20 seconds or so and you're good to go. Btw, tastes great too.

As long as your not letting it sit for 5 hours or more it should be okay.

For quick I just poor water in a shaker cup and drink it.

    What they said ^

Also, if you mix creatine with your shakes, dont add the creatine until you're ready to drink it.
But when you disarm them, you at once offend them by showing that you distrust them, either for cowardice or for want of loyalty, and either of these opinions breeds hatred against you.

What are the consequences of letting it sit to long?

Just wondering cause I usually end up making one with some milk or something right before I go to the gym, then drinking it about hour and a half later.

1 and a 1/2 hours should be okay. But as with any food it go's bad if it's been out for to long. Especially in milk!
