I buy Silverback brand chewables. It has good efficacy and is pretty good stuff. I think it was like 14 bucks for 150 tabs.

hmmmm, suplements on ebay huh ???? gota check that out.....everyone has their personal favorites about creatine and protein, i use creatine monohydrate from gnc which is really cheap to me and is pretty good stuff, multi vitamins i also buy from gnc which is like 22 dollars for 3 months also cheap, l-glutamine also cheap.... protein can be a little pricy sometimes but to me it tastes the same now, i've been thru so many protein shakes i have to hold my nose closed while drinking it in order not to puke... but anyways back to your questions.... i have no idea, hehehe

creapure?
as for the chewables i think i may go with just a powder im not sure that tabs are the most efficiant way to market (cost) i could very well be wrong it just seems like powder would be cheaper for some reason. please prove me wrong if i am, this is just an assumpyion as for everybody having personal favorates, is there a reason why one is better than another, or is it just taste etc... i can choke anything down i just need to know if something would be garbage or a waste of money? |

creapure is micronized creatine with less impurities like creatnine, etc.
go with powder all the way... i buy ultimate nut. creatine, 1000 grams for like 20 buks from dpsnutrition.com.... don't believe the overhyped products like cell tech, etc....its the same creatine with a different delivery matrix....OVERPRICED GARBAGE |

Pfanstiehl is just as good as Creapure.
No wonder many of the top brands are using it with great success. Not to mention it also happens to be the only one who maintaind DMF with FDA and is also manufactured in GMP, FDA certified plant. Quote:

It is not a typo.
This is a big company based in IL, USA which manufactures Micronized Creatine. Pfantiehl doesn't sell to customers like Creapure. Many of the top supplement companies like MEt-Rx, Dymatize, DYA use their creatine. Costwise, it is same as Creapure. www.nutrasense.com/pfansourforq.html |

Sadly it is!
But it is of highest quality. Even Beverly internaitonal buys from them! For your interest, I can even tell you a site that sells as low as $18 a Kilo. http://www.whey-direct.com/supplemen...owder-1kg.html |

that link brings me back to my original question though? obviosly that stuff isnt the highest quality but is there such a differance to pay 70% more for the other stuff? i mean i dont mind putting up the dough, im into auto customizing and one thing ive found (at least with cars) is that you get what you pay for. i just dont want to waste the money if its not 10 times superior and it would really be beneficial. does that make sence?

I agree with you.
A $1000 car and a $1 million car! latter is not gonna run at 1000 MPH even the former one runs at 100 MPH. Same with supplements! if i were you, i would stick plain creatine, plain wpc and simple multi! but doe to taste issues, i stick with "tasty" pricey supplements! but resultswise, all are almost equally good(Especially when it comes to Raw Materials like pure creatine, whey, glutamine, ....) STICK WITH $20 CREATINE and you'll do just as good as with $50 |

I might of confused you, I bought the Pfanstiehl creatine off ebay, I finished it all. It only cost me $20 for 1000 grams. You cant beat that. I would probably get it again after I try another brand. I think its good to switch up to see what creatine you respond to best.

Supplements on Ebay? Interesting...I had never thought about that. Why take your chances buying from an unfamiliar source, when website like DPS and 1fast400 provide great prices and awesome service that you can count on?

I wasn't responding to creatine that I bought off of 1fast or GNC, so I took the chance on Ebay. And I did notice my gains and strength increased. But be careful, most of the Sh*t on ebay is expired or soon to be.

There is no way that a supplement will stop working after it's expiry date. In most the cases you'll find "BEST BEFORE DATE" instead of Expiry Date.
The fact is the supplements might work to slightly lower degree (May lose 2-5% of its efficiency) post expiry date. But if you're getting good deals at near expiry supplements, go for it but only in moderation. (It's never advisable to buy a 50 Lbs bag of Whey nearing it's expiry date although buying a 2.2 lbs whey is more than OK) |
