then once b4 i workout
and then b4 i go to sleep?

The studies suggest that you take 2g before bed.
Some ppl take 5g-10g before a workout.
I have tested many doses and the best that I found is to take it right before bedtime. I do load glutamine and do not take it with creatine.

two to three times per day. I usually have it before bed and then one other time during the day. But I have taken it up to three times per day.
I take 5 grams of Creatine and 5 grams of Glutamine at the same time with my protein shake. Although some say Glutamine are a waste of money.
I have also read that it is a waste of money. I read things saying that it does not get absorbed in its complete form. In addition it is one of the most abundant aminos in the body. I currently take it now but may stop due to the reads that I have gone through.
