I eat a solid meal 2 hours b4 workout.
argnine powder-6 g pre-w.
protein(40g), carb(50g), creatine(5g), glutamine(5g) shake post-w.
sometimes i take a thermogenic pre w. as well.....I'm thinking about trying out this product called GO pre w., heard good things from Mayo on the topic
wut do u take???

I only recently started experimenting with more esoteric things like amino acids, EFAs, thermogenics and stuff. Carbs, protein and water an hour or so before a workout is a constant though.
