I am currently taking:
multi-vitamin amino 1500 Anti-oxidant flax seed oil and i know i should be drinking some whey My goals are by feb 2005 (1 year from start) to go from 182 with 11.6% body fat to 200 (or close to) with about 7% body fat. If there is anything else that you think would help in my venture please let me know. Any info or tips would help, Im new to BB. Thanks a lot |

That's a good base. Some additional "basics" you may want to look into:
Body Composition and Nutrient Signalling/Partitioning Fish Oil (3-4 grams) (can then remove flax) Sesamin (1-2 grams) ALCAR (acetly L-Carnatine) ALA (alpha lipoic acid) Ergogenic Creatine Arginine (increases pumps and blood flow) Leucine (high doses post workout increases protein snythesis) Pre and Post Workout Nutrition A product like Vendetta Pre-w/o A good cheap whey protein post-workout BCAAs during the workout Casien protein or a whole food protein before bed is very important as well. |
