    Need whey that dissolves easily

I've been using 5 plus 1 from 1 fast 400. tastes good but you need a cement mixer to stir it up. I'm not home from 5am to 5pm so I need something I can mix on the road. Any suggestions?

Whey Matrix by ISS. I like the strawberry better than the chocolate(I have only had those two). Shake it in a mixer and let the foam settle for a minute or two and you are good to go. Completely dissolved.

I have only had Chocolate, Strawberry and Unflavored.

Out of those 3 Chocolate is best, but Unflavored is good if you want to use it for other things, like cooking.

speaking of allthewhey, is it worth it to get the pure isolate over the concentrate/isolate blend. Have you guys noticed if it makes any difference when taken post workout? does isolate absorb more quickley into the blood stream?

This is a good question that I have been unable to find an answer to...
