nasty glutamine

Is glutamine supposed to taste like sh*t? I bought some AST, and it makes every drink I mix it with taste disgusting. I thought it would be flavoless like creatine? How does yours taste?

Yeah its very nasty. Mix it in with koolaid or something.

Or just grow some NUTS!

I started taking ICE (BCAA powder) last night and thought it tasted like absolute ass! I had read reviews saying the grape flavor was good. I couldn't disagree more. It took everything I had to choke down the whole thing. I guess I'll get used to it.

i use glutamine, i mix it with 1-2 scoops of whey and it has very little effect on the taste

its hard to tell with some supplements if they work or not, however i stopped creatine and went striahgt over to glutamine and i have not lost any strength, if anything i have became stronger while off creatine

and i am a creatine responder

i think glutamine is a great supplement, so regardless of whether it tastes crap or not, i'm always gonna use it, results as far more important than taste to me

i use opt N and it had no taste, also i bought it in bulk from his place and it tastes horrible so i just but it in my shake, doesn't effect the taste
