    Amino + Fatburner + Vitamin???

    Hello everyone!

I\ve been working out to lose fat for about 7 months, and I lost quiet a good ammount

Now, I'll start hitting heavy weights, I'm just wondering if it's OK to use these supplements together or not..

    1- Fat Burner "Xenadrine EFX"
2- MultiVitamin "Prescribed by a Doctor because of skin chipping"
    3- Amino Acid "AMINO 2222"
4- Protien Shake "RTD Met-RX Lite"

Are they ok to use at the same time?

    Please Advice, thank you!

I like BCAA , vitmamin/minerals should be stronger, fat burner I don´t use it and the protein shake it ´s probably ok.
The world of supplements can go a "little" higher than that.
