I'd like some advise. I started going regularly to the gym three months ago at which time I changed my diet, started taking MASS FUEL and GABA (human growth hormone) and joined this site.
I measured my weight (70 kg) and fat % (12.8) when I started and then a couple of weeks ago (after three months) to get an idea of the difference this regime had made. I now weigh 68 kg and my fat % is down to 8.6%. I'm not complaining about this but I am surprised I’ve lost the weight. Other than eating obscene amounts of food any ideas of what else I can do. Would it be worth me doubling the MASS FUEL intake? or is there something else I can take as well or instead of? If I continue with these supplements am I likely to start putting weight on? Thanks for your help, Mark. |

Keep up what you're currently doing until you think it's not working anymore. When that happens, come back and let us know.
Try not to change your diet when it's working for you. Only change it when it's not. Good luck hon Babs ![]() |
