    Alpha Lipoic Acid

can anyone say from personal experience if this actually has noticable effects?

I'm considering using it mainly for it's increase of glucose uptake, and not as an antioxidant.(even though thats a bonus)

some people swear by it, especially as an natural energy booster and antioxidant, especially if on PH. I just bought some and will be using that with milk thistle for PH cycles.

Billy are you going to be using ALA and Milk thistle both while taking the PHs or after during your PCT. I have read that taking milk thistle while on the PHs will make the PH less effective and that it should be used during PCT. Thanks
