Do u have to take ergo pharms 1-AD with anything.???

If u were to go on it for a cycle of 1 month....

then sould u go on lets say"6OXO"
Is it nessasary?

because i have read that 1-AD does not get ur estrogen up..

it also says it on product Information..?

replace everytime I use 1-tu with 1-ad and that should answer your question.
