    Favorite time for MRP's

A recent discusion has me thinking alot about what would be optimal times for an mrp to be taken. I have always just used 1 a day as like a snack/small meal usually shortly after lunch.

Any thoughts about best times for mrps?

whenever you're in need of a meal and can't get whole foods.
Foreman_Rules could masturbate with one hand and finger his own anus with the other at the same time.

he is proud of this fact.
