    EC fat burners

in regards to caffeine/ephedrine stacks, i realize that they work by increasing one's BMR, but do they also cause your body to prefer using fat stores over lean muscle protein as a way to make up for that calorie deficet?

    get what i'm asking?

basically if you take enough EC, will your body start catabolizing muscle to make up for the calorie deficet?

I once worried about that when I was on ephedra/caffeine stacks. I noticed that more fat was burned when my diet and workout routine was geared toward fat loss(Low Cal diet, lots of reps and cardio workout).

any cutting diet...whether with a e/c/a stack, or not will burn some muscle with fat...the key to a good cutting diet is spareing as much muscle as possible
