There's some pretty good info here

At 165 pounds, 25g/day may be a bit much for loading. Load with 4 servings at 5g/day for 5 days. Then take 3-5g/day for maintainance, preferably after a workout. And you do NOT need to cycle it. Some people cycle it because they feel they get better results. Everyone is different. Studies have shown that continuous use for more than a year did not cause any harmful side effects. Just be sure to drink a LOT more water while on creatine.

When I saw that I thought that you were having an overdose of creatine. Your thread name sounds like an emergency.

If someone is overdosing with 600mg of creatine, I think they would be stupid enough to go post in the forums .. lol
I did 25g per one week and now just 5g post-workout with maltodextrin.
