    Carb Supplements?

I picked up a bottle of Twinlab Ultra Fuel carb supplement today, cause I heard from people that carb supps are pretty good pre-workout. They have 25 grams of carbs a scoop, and they recommend 4 scoops a serving. I was thinking maybe I'll take it before a workout for energy, does anyone knows if these are any good?

i would say your better off taking it post workout, thats when you want to spike, not before.
