    what's the difference between legal steriod and prohormones? can someone give me an example of both? thanks

    Here is a quick explanation, I have to go work-out so limited on time...

    Prohormones are compounds that have to be converted before they are an active hormone, e.g. 1-AD is a PH that gets converted to 1-testosterone.

    But you can get 1-testosterone already in it's active form, no conversion necessary, e.g. a transdermal, or the methylated version which is M1T.

    1-test and M1T are legal anabolic steroids because they were never manufactured, therefore the FDA did not include them in the 1990 Steroid Act. A few years ago someone dug up the literature on 1-test from the 1960's and decided to start manufacturing it.

    I wonder why that THG, the designer steroid made by BALCO is illegal? You'd think by the same logic as m-1-t (it specifically wasn't banned) it would be legtal.
    So why is m-1-t legal and THG illegal?

    Yes M1T works. Side effects for me were lethargy in the second week @ 30mg ED.

    Moving to Supplements.
