Ok im confused. whats the difference between (for example) micronized creatine monohydrate from the normal monohydrate.

and ive researched (i think i got this wrong) that there are certain types of creatine that is good for loading phase otherwise its just a waste of money.

and ive found creatine tablets(from ON ). now the problem is that i dont know where to get grapejuice(or make one. dont know where to buy grapes) is it ok if i take the tablet alone(i will just gulp it down with water and nothing else)

and lastly since its a tablet(not powder ) will the dosage or/and shcedule be different beqause its tablet? or i could just follow the directions like it was powder?
