    Cool Remember the 80s?

    Hi
I'm new to the board, looking forward to some good debates. I returned to bodybuilding about 3 years ago after years of a break.
Its finally good to find some OTC products that actually work!
I've had great results from creatine and 4AD in the recent past.
I remember back in the late 1980s when I first started training
how many of the supplements from that era were real cons! Does
anyone remember them? I remember Smilax, Dibencozide, FRAC,
Boron, Raw glands. Good to see the supplement market has improved since then!

    Steve.

    Smilax

I liked smilax. It got the testosterone way up. Dont know if it helped me on the bodybuilding front, but it sure made an already horny 18 year old extremely potent!!!!!!!!!

I did try Boron, which was proven to raise testosterone in elderly women

Little white chunks, doesn't that sound yummy? They were about the size of small styrofoam particles.

And the: "... what Russian athletes use..." argument .

The Raw Glands specially the orchic are now produced using a different freezing method...I used them for increasing the test levels after a cycle and worked fine...(@ 2g) The product name is Vitol Testron.

Dude I was asking about that when I first signed up here, I think it was my first post even. They quit LONG ago, it had ephedrine in it. I ran a search once through Google and found some other orange product that claimed to be "similar to" but I have no idea if it worked or not.

Ultimate Orange goes down in history as one of my favorite products.

I used the Russian Bear horsepills as well, got nothing from those. Val Vasilef was the guy they had on the ads. I'm not all that old but I've seen alot of these products, I remember the cromium push from Weider, the vanadyl sulfate and all that stuff.

Mudge - The latest they had Agent Orange was about perhaps 3 years ago. I picked up a couple of containers of it and used it up. It gave me a serious kick, I attacked the weights!

That was a limited run though and not too long afterwards the product disappeareed again from their line.

Same here Mudge,, I loved U/Orange. That stuff was the best. Total rush and excellent workouts on it. I miss it soo. Ya know I started thinking as to why I stopped buying it and dhuuuuh,, GNC stopped carrying it!! Obviously they stopped making it. Silly me for not putting 1 and 1 together.
