how long?? I am about to buy ripped fuel or redline or even this meltdown.... i need something!!!!

My dad buys Ripped Fuel (with ephedra) from Twin Labs. He loves it.

I buy Lipo 6 (with ephedra) from Nutrex. I cannot speak for my father however, I love Lipo 6. Some of the ladies here have used it also and enjoyed it. To me, I think it workds well.

Ripped Fuel is a popular energy pill.

If u don’t mind can u tell me your weight and how much u lost in how many days? Are u dieting and working out as well??

I am dieting and working out. My diet isn't really strict (you can see it in my journal). Right now I'm at 116 - 117....depending.

I think I was at about 124, 125 when I started the HEAT....not sure, don't remember, but something like that. I've lost more inches than weight though -- which is the better benefit!!! All of the information that TP gave above on it is correct. My experienced w/ it has been that it does everything it's supposed to do and doesn't give me any of the negative side effects either. I was also for some time taking Avant's SesaThin with it. right now, I'm out of the SesaThin and need to order more, but while I was taking them both together, I felt very good (mood wise) and I saw a lot of leaning happening within my mid-section.

I think both are spectacular products and I think I'll probably stick with them.
