on ephedrine senydrex, it says to take 1-2 capsuls to times daily, should i take 1 or 2?

its my dad actually, he weights 250 and hes is 35% body fat, for best results how much should he take?

Start with two capsules twice daily and have him drop down to one if he starts feeling jittery. The product isn't a miracle drug, he will have to work his ass off and eat right if he hopes to accomplish anything.
