    using m1t and getting fatter

    I am using m1t on a cut and it seems that my muscle is slightly getting bigger but my gut is getting fatter and it seems like I am holding maybe more water.
    What should I do???????

    Also, I am on a high protein like steak and chicken, and proteing shakes from eas. Low glycemic carbs. I put my calories to around 2000 to 2300 per day. I take stacker 2 three times daily, ess. fat acids twice daily, chromium with the stackers, glutamine 3 times daily, a multi vitamin, and m1t three times daily, 5gm a piece.

    erm if its the product causing it then im afraid you cant lose it while you use that supplement. as soon as you come of the supplement you should lose all water weight just like creatine.

    if youve uped you calorie intake to higher levels youve never had before it may well be fat and your body is responding well to more calories.

    If you feel like your getting fat in about 2 weeks and not muscle then lower the calories or come off m1t.

    an anti estrogen might possibly help with water while your on it like nolva or clomid but then again its more for after steriod / ph cycles for your nobler to get back into action.

    If you are cutting i feel a 1-t 4ad stack would have been better, as 1-test has a hardening effect on me. It also makes me more vascular..

    M1t makes you very bloated. Also, while it will stave off catabolism like any other gear, it would be hard to gague your results while your on it...

    Plus the biggest problem with running m1t as your gear of choice on a cut is the length of the cycle....the upper end of a m1t cycle is 4-5weeks...it takes me at least 2 months to cut up from when my bulking is over.....Your cutting will be ridiculously short if your only goin for 2-5 weeks....

    Its all about chooseing the right gear for your goals........and I dont think you did....the strongest thing isnt allways the best...and people never want to hear that...

    perhaps you should get some 1-t and 4ad and run that with the m1t as a kick start to the cycle

    I didn't bloat at all on M1T, but I dont bloat on anything. On 2000-2300 calories though maybe youre the type of person to pull in water.
