Whey and creatine or just whey??? i need help.

I was wondering, is it better to take only whey or take creatine as well. I have currently been taking 100% Whey powder, and have thought about using creatine as well. If i use creatine, are the results going to be constant or will they tapper off? Any suggestions would be greatly helpful. Thanks!!!

Creatine is a great supplement. The initial gains from creatine will be suprising, but they will taper off. However once you get off of creatine, then you will really notice how much it does help. I say use both. I do.

Well, I take my creatine to the gym with me. That way, I can take it within 10 mins of finishing my workout. Then I drink my shake when home(usually 30mins). But if it is convenient, then take them together. No harm in that.

Doesnt matter. But all around you need to increase your water intake while on creatine. Just dont "pre mix" the creatine. Mix it when you are going to drink it.

The best is with grape juice(purple/concord) and/or with dextrose.
ALA is also a good transport. http://www.bulknutrition.com/?products_id=91 this one contains dextrose too. This is what I use.

What do you mean? Dextrose(sugar) is a transport. It helps bring the creatine to, and get into the muscles. It isnt necissary, but it does help.
