    advice needed

What is the best supplement or supplements for bulking. Im new to the game and wanting to try out some legal enhancers. There is so many different labels out there, I thought maybe some feedback from some of you may help me get on something that will actually create some gains and not just waste my money. Ive been hitting gym for 7months with a clean diet, and feel ready to take it up a notch. Any advice will be greatly apprieciated. Thanks

Tell me a little more about yourself. Age/ht/wt, goals, workout program etc, then Ill be able to give you more precise advice.

32 male, 6' , 208 lbs, 15.3%bf, lifting 4 days a wk, 2 days cardio and abs. I started out 265lbs and full of fat. I lost the weight and got hooked on lifting somewhere in between there. Have really seen some great changes in body comp. I want to add some weight back around 220.

If you have not used a PH or prosteroid before I recommend you try 1-Test ...

You can get 12lbs in 4 weeks and little fat ...

    It is very cost-effective too.

There's a lot of good reasons to stick to a high protein diet and lift hard for a year or two before moving it up a notch (tendon strength, form, quick gains anyway first year)
Having said that IMO most supps other than protein don't do much for me, just eat huge amts of protein, if that isn't enough don't waste your money on junk get the m-1-t, but read up on it first.
