    What is Vitamin B5?

Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid) is needed for energy production and creation of the neurotransmitter acetycholine. It is also needed for synthesis of cholesterol and to release energy from fat. Pantothenic acid is also needed to activate the adrenal glands.

Vitamin B deficiency is rare except in the case of alcoholism.

Vitamin B2, Vitamin B6, and Pantothenic Acid appear to be of great use to athletes in reaching their full potential.

Some research suggests that patients suffering from rheumatoid arthritis may be deficient in Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid). Supplementation with 2000 mg can help ease morning stiffness and pain.

    Natural sources for Vitamin B5:
Dairy, Eggs, Grain, Liver, Meats, Salmon, Vegetables, Yeast.

Vitamin B5 is useful in treating:
    Athletics and Fitness, rheumatoid arthritis.

    Recommended dosage for Vitamin B5:
    10mg to 25mg daily.

    Important Vitamin B5 Note:
    Large amounts may cause diarrhea.

In addition to what Prince said, it's also very good for treating acne.
