    Zma

    is ZMA worth supplementing with i know its natural does it really work ?

    Anyone had bad or good feedback on this ?

    There are alot of ZMA products out there. Some work better than others. I get the best results out of Z-Mass PM by Cytodyne. Sleep a little better, a little strength that's about it. The only way to know if it will work for you is to try it. As with most products everyones body responds diff.

    Yeah, I like ZMA as well. I think it helps me sleep better. Melatonin works also.

    does ZMA actually help buld muscle though i have no problem sleeping

    it promotes deeper sleep - I've taken it for quite awhile and haven't really noticed any test. production out of it but you get some bad ass dreams.
