If I do get stopped, which is inevitable in places like Arkansas where they stop anyone with out of state plates, and deputy dipshit asks me what's in the bottles and jars, should I just say "jeez officer, them's weightlifting suplements which are legal in Virginia, as far as the Nolvadex goes, I'm using it on my hampsters to see if their nuts grow back to normal size". I'm sure I won't get my car searched for speeding and I'll refuse the search on the spot, but my biggest concern is the border patrol/INS checkpoint re-entering CA...

If you get stopped for speeding, they have no right to search your car. They can always ask, just refuse. Hide the stuff where they can't see it. In the trunk would be a good place. Make sure you don't have warrants or do anything they can arrest you for. Then they can search your car. I've never seen a border patrol between states?? They shouldn't have a right to check your car.

if you have it locked in your glovebox or trunk it is illegal for the police to search on the spot, but if you refuse it is legal for them to get a warrant and a dog. i personally wouldnt keep it all in the same spot. if it were me i would scatter a bottel through-out each box in the moving truck. the moving trucks probably wont get searched for anything. but in case dont have a box labeled vitamines have a bottel in your clothes box, then a bottel in your plates box, then one in your junk box, etc. just put them in at the bottom or something. or rip the labels off the spray bottels and label "rubbing alcohol" or such and put the pills in tylonol bottels. honestly i wouldnt worry about any of it but if you wanna be safe thats how id do it.

They can't search without a reason. If you get arrested, then they do a search. Other than that, if they ask, refuse. They don't have a right to search if you refuse. Even if they did and found it, it would be thrown out because they didn't have reason to search. Dog's won't smell PH's or steriods.

No, seriously, I'm orriginally (born and bred) from SoCal and have driven through border checkpoints in Yuma, and Irvine hundreds of times, but this time I'm crossing into the state from the north, way north, up in the sierras.
My only concern is the fact that I'm the worst liar in the world and if some cop asks me if I have anything illegal on board, I'm gonna turn beet red.
I'll just obey all traffic laws.

dg- yes it is illegal for them to search with out cause and this may not hold true with all states but here in PA refusing a search is probable cause and warrants a search. but you do not have to unlock any locked compartments, but that warrants a dog.

src- for the liquids like i said hairspray containers, liquid cough syrup jars, etc.. if its all in legal containers it will be expected to be packed in the moving truck. it will look a little suspicious if you have all your shit in a moving truck but you medicin cabinent with you, lol. as long as the shit is not labeled, and its in some sort of a OTC container, nobody will even think twice. one time a friend of mine got busted with opium, he had it in with his insilun kit (diabetic) he just told the cop it was some sort of sugar candy, and they let im go. another frind of mine got caught with a half ounce of ketamine (illegal) this is when it was pretty new. the cop asked him what it was and he said "ketamine" and the cop i guess thought he was talking about creatine cause he asked him how often he worked out and gave it back to him, lol. cops arnt really that smart, if its labeled legally then they wont even think twice.

I have never heard of refusing is probable cause. That is considered an unreasonable search. They have no reason to suspect anything illegal. If that was the case you could stop everyone on the road and if they refuse you can search them anyway and when they find drugs, they can charge them. It doesn't work that way. Believe me. That is violating contitutional laws. You can't do it. If you do, you can be sued.

I know most of y'all could give a set of flying wombat testicles about this, but as a follow-up to this old ass thread I started, I just wanted to say that I made it to CA safely with my load of PH supp's. I haven't been posting here b/c I've been without my PC and the net for about 3 months - I live in the boonies (yep there are still remote parts of Cali). Anyway, the M1T was in a huge Price Club/Kirkland Vitamin C jar (the caps look the same), the 4ad transdermal was in a bottle of orange scented windex, and the 6-OXO was in a benadryl bottle. 3000 miles DC to CA, no problems, and no fuckin' smokies. It's good to be back in my homestate and back on this forum! And, I've haven't stopped lifting.
Off the subject, my legs are getting huge thanks to all those training tips:

Just pack it and have the movers ship it or put it with you in your car. The ONLY issue would be the liquid Nolva and even then, only if you're pulled over for some other issue and the cops search your car. The rest are either legal in Cali or it's no biggie. A highway cop is not going to arrest you for an otc ph.

Dude..youy can't be serious. THere is no border patrol or INS search coming into California from Nev/AZ or wherever.
