    Lean Mass Gains or not?

    I've seen probably 100 posts of cycles of M1T and about every other supplement known to man where people claim this type of gain or that type of gain... VERY VERY Rarely do you ever see pictures... I just don't know what to believe...
    Are you kidding me????

    HDM -- it is good to be skeptical. Pics are not proof positive either, if people are want to lie.

    I suggest you continue your skepticism, and learn which members are trust worthy and which are full of shit. Also, understand how they track progress as they may not be outright lying but rather misinterpreting.

    That said, M1T is badass.

    you also have to know that not everyone has a digital or a scanner or is concerned with putting pictures on here as some others i know for me i like the board it is informative but will never put a picture up because i just don't care to.
