    Creatine and Protein question...

I typically hit the gym in the evening after work...around 5pm. I want to get back into taking creatine and whey protein shakes.

How would you all take them, within the normal day?
Is there a benefit to taking the creatine in the morning or after the work out in the evening? Same question for the protein shakes.

    Thanks in advance!

Creatine and protein should be taken right after workout. Scientific based.

    I agree

Here is what I would do. I would take protein in the morning with breakfeast, and also 5grams creatine mixed in the shake. Go normally throughout the day eating what you normally eat. Then after woring out, I would take the creatine ASAP. Taking it with dextrose or ALA as a transport. If you dont have either take it with concord grapejuice(purple). Just be sure to mix when you are ready to drink, creatine is unstable in liquid state. Then I would drink the protein once I got home.
