yesterday i was feeling really tired before i went to the gym so i experimented with a mixture of supplements. i took one dymetadrine xtreme pill and a serving and a half of ultimate orange about 25 mins before my workout. When i got to the gym i was flying!! I felt so energized and motivated and ended up having one of most intense workouts i've had. I was working chest and triceps and they are absolutely killing me today.
I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with heart problems but to everyone else i would definately recommend it!!
