    Need advice please

    Looking to gain some mass here and increase strength. Currently am 185lbs 12% fat, which supplements should I use to get stronger and bigger? Currently only use whey protein. tried the 1-ad, got stronger off of it.

    Don't rely on supplements, focus on proper diet, heavy weights, lower reps, proper form. Outside of that try to consume at least your body weight in protein daily. If your not taking creatine, I would recommend that as well as L-Glutamine. Also take the appropriate vitamins...I take the following myself:

    Vitamin c
    selenium
    vitamin e
    B12
    ZMA
    A and D
