    LOL@ Jodi

Msdins -- I can tell you I tried Xenadrine with out ephedra and didn't find it as effective as taking it with. Xenadrine was my ultimate top choice until it was taken off the market. I actually have one bottle with ephedra left. I then decided to cycle off (due to the ephedra ban) and try Hot Rox.....That deserves a big thumbs down My next choice was trying Lipo 6 with ephedra........HELLO!!!!! GREAT STUFF!!!!!

Ms, remember though, everyone is dif. When you try supps out, jot down how they make you feel. Mentally and physically.

    good luck in your search

Thanks to both of you for your replies. I have a very low tolerance to epdedra for some reason. I can only take half of the recommended dosage, and that still makes me a little "jittery" that is why I am wondering about the EFX.

BabsieGirl thanks for the idea about keeping the log.

Our new product -- H.E.A.T. Stack™ by Avant Labs is at least as effective, and likely moreso once we get longer term user feedback -- as the best of the E/C products.

And most people will not get jitters, crash, etc.
