    Question about Swole

Heres the deal, I bought Swole a little over a month ago and I took it for 2 days. I felt bloated and gained around 8lbs. I'm trying to get leaner for the summer. Was the bloated look only a temp thing or is that the effect I should expect. And if I do wait till the fall to start back up, is this bottle still gonna be good or will it "expire"?

8 lbs?? You sure it was only the Swole? And it shouldn't expire in that period of time. The only thing i've notice creatine doing is clumping up a bit.

Your swole is clumping up? How old is it?

Taking swole for 2 days is not going to make you gain 8 pounds. What else are you doing? Diet, weight.....etc...

babs I know you are practically a swole rep but what do you (or anyone else for that matter) think the difference in results is between micronized creatine and swole? Is it really worth the extra $$. I can get Optimum Nutrition Creatine Micronized - 2000 Grams for $35 at DPS. That is 400 servings!

I am almost done with my 593 gram container. So far I love it. I love the taste and the results it gives me. I never felt bloated with these. I take it twice daily right after lunch and dinner.

Well it's different for everyone. If you respond well to creatine, you probably don't need to shell out the extra money for Swole if the creatine is working. I respond to both, but I seem to respond better to Swole.

Not bad for 25 bucks. I'd try the Fruit Punch next time around. Is it true you have to cycle this things so that your body won't get used to it?

Well the creatine that is in Swole is Bonded with Malic acid that
    greatly improves absorption.

Micronized creatine is a is all marketing
