    Newbie w/ Methyldienolone ?

Hey guys sorry if this question has been asked before. Anyways I am a 19 year old athlete and have been doing some heavy lifting for about two years. I have never taken supplements but was recommended Methyldienolone. I have been trying to research it and figured I would only take it in a 3 month span and take 1-2 mg a day. I am just worried because my family has a history of heart disease...but as far as I know I am healthy with my heart. Do I have any reason to be concerned over my heart while taking Methyldienolone? Any dangers in taking this? I figured if you guys approve I'd consult a physician too cuz I want to be safe about this. Ok sorry for the long post, but I appreciate any help. Thanks guys.

Many people here would agree with the following:
    1. 19 is too young for a PH cycle
    2. You need to read this thread.

I've never personally used cell-tech but I hear it nothing more than overpriced creatine. There are other brands out there.
If you are looking for something to help build a better body, start with food. Nothing is better than a clean diet. Suppliments like protein, creatine, glutamine, and a decent mulit-vitamin would be a good start for you. But not even gear will do you much good without a solid diet. You're asking questions so you're on the right track

Do not waste your money on Cell-Tech get San V12 or just a plain creatine monohydrate. Get the V12 here it is a favorite of many. http://www.1fast400.com/?products_id=205

I agree with TheRoyalOne - you are still too young to be trying anything like this. For the reason that you're not done growing.

If you have never used creatine, first start with regular creatine, and purchase a kilo (1000g). bodybuilding.com has it for $20

Load for the first 5 days (5 x 5g a day), and then use 5g a day before a workout with water ...no sugar.. creatine with sugar/dextrose should be taken only for post workout.

If you respond well to this you can get 12-18 lbs in 3 months.

And keep you protein intake for a minimum of 1g x lb ... so if you weight 170lbs you take 170g of protein (minimum). A whey protein powder should help if you cant get them from real food. I recommend that you mix it with skim milk so that you get some casein protein too...

Your testosterone production is high right now, dont take any PHs or you'll damage your natural test production. I made this mistake when I was 22.

A little off-topic, but isn't it reasonable to say that the people who will get the MOST from PHs are older males whose natural test has fallen way low, i.e. over 30 or maybe even over 40? So although some males in their early 20s might get something, many males still have high test into their 30s, and hence are better off w/o PHs?

I wish 1fast or someone sold an at-home piss-test for Testosterone levels! I'd pay good $ for that.

I'm 28, never done a cycle of anything, but have experienced great gains lately, and I doubt taking a PH would do that much more for me--or atleast not worth risks, since I am nowhere near a plateau. (I did stock up just in case the ban goes through!)
