2. No reason to cycle off.
3. Stick with powder IMO.

hmm u say dont cycle of some people say u need to cycle of because creatine can damage kidneys true or a lie ?

maybe if you took 10grams per day.
I don't think anyone truly knows, creatine has only been around for 10 years, but your body produces a couple of grams naturally, so as long as you're only supplementing with a few grams per day I do not see how it could be toxic.
how many grams 5 grams a day is safe i would want 2 use creatine all year round as it really does help me in weight lifting cuz when im off it i can barely lift anything
i use around 10-15g/day year round... i dont measure it exactly, just a couple large tsp's 2x day.Originally posted by zenith

it varies for everyone, though. some people find it works with 5g/day, some need 10g, some people even say they dont respond unless theyre taking 20g/day. then there are the people who dont respond at all. just try various dosing for several weeks and see what works for you. when youre taking too much, you'll probably notice some excessive bloating (i say excessive, because some water retention is normal and expected).
I use 10g a day. 5g upon waking on an empty stomach and 5g post workout.
