    m1-t and hunger

    started m1-t and 4-ad thursday and since friday i've had to force everything down my throat...it seems like my stomach is always full..any advice

    My buddy has the same problem.

    The Guru from VPX says it will go away.
    To achieve Success is certaily tough..but keeping it, much tougher!

    Injectible b-12 raises your appietite but I honestly would start jabbin myself because I feel full. Just eat bro.

    you dont have to inject it...even though I jab it...you can get the same effects from megadoses of oral b12

    At least in my experience, the guru is wrong. Some people don't seem to have problems, but the majority have diminished appetite, including myself. It certainly did not get better until after I stopped the cycle. Stacking with 4AD will help somewhat. You may have to rely on calorie dense weight gainer type drinks, or just suck it up and eat anyway.
