allthewhey protein
hey guys,
i hope i am not posting in the wrong place since this place supports this forum..
but i can't seem to find any cheaper price than allthewhey protein.. (vitamin shop sales ON for about 26 bucks 5lb, but still too much for my taste). Poor college student...
so the questions are:
1) Does all the whey taste any good (preferablly chocholate)..
2) I been using a concentrate for the last several years.. should i go to isolate or its not worth it.
3) is the cheaper price than all the whey?No Pain, No Gain

I just started using All the Whey a few weeks ago. I have only tried the vanilla. Compared to others I have had (GNC, M-Tech, Diamond Nutrition, and some soy stuff) it is very good. It mixes easy and has a decent taste. I usually mix mine with non-fat milk not water though. I also use it when I make my protien bars. And you are right, you can't beat the price.
