    thinking...

I am sure this topic has been discussed here, but i cant seem to find the thread....

i am considering taking a creatine...

i was wondering what the pros and cons are to it... (ive heard once you get off it you lose ALOT of what you have gained)...should i 'cycle it'....

also what are some good decent quality inexpensive creatines... thanks?

and i also heard to take it with like apple juice?
