    Dehydration and supps?

Ok, I started taking Testabol 3 days ago and it seems I am dehydrated from it. My contacts are killing me because my eyes are so dry. My sinuses are dry and I am peeing flourescent yellow.

I drank more water today and it seemed to be better but I was curious as to why this happened.

    Anybody else with similar experiences?

Up your water intake. That's simple. I've honestly never taken the stuff before so I'm not too sure.

The thing is that you need to record your water intake too. Seriously, if you drink only when you are thirsty, you gonna consume a lot less than 1 gallon.

I couldn't give you an amount but I know I wasn't like this before the drug. Even my skin is dry. I have been drinking a lot of water tonight and yesterday and it hasn't helped. I drink water whenever I have room in my gut. I was peeing all night and the color faded a bit so it is looking like I am hydrated, but my eyes are still killing me.
