    Time to bulk!

    Aside from the obvious (eating a messload of clean foods). What supplements are good for bulking? So far I know for sure I will be using:

    ZMA
    Whey Protein (of course)
    Swole V2 or Sans V12 or Regular Creatine Monohydrate (haven't decided yet)

    What other supplements would anyone reccommend taking to make the most out of a bulking cycle? I want to come in next year as stong as possible in order to compete.

    P.S.
    I'm only 17 at the moment so please leave any PH's or steroids out of the suggestion box.

    I take 1 of each 3 times daily(break, lunch, dinner) They are a bit pricey though... See if you can find a distributor in your area if you want to try them. Cost is 10$ cheaper per bottle(30$cost) Expensive I know...
