Well, do a search first on DIET, not pills or fat burning agents.

Then check out bulknutrition which has everything at half the price of GNC.

Read up on things and then ask again

Diet is the key not supps. 12 weeks would be a better choice to reach your goals. And F*** GNC! If you want to buy supplements, shop online.

How long have you been dieting? Or rather, how long have you been cutting to make you think you now need fat burning agents for additional help?

To drop 7% of body fat at 250, you're looking at losing 17-18 pounds. To drop 9% you're looking at 22+ pounds. Safe weight loss isn't more than wo pounds a week, so 12 weeks should be your goal, and if you're losing 1-2 pounds/per week now, you don't need a supplement.

    Care to post current diet/training?

    You need to be patient!
Stick to your diet and work out plan, and you'll make it.

NO CHEATING!!!! It only delays your goal.

    Good luck.

Where can you get these: www.syntrax.com

Lipo 6 is also pretty good!

I believe Avant Labs has another hot product coming out.

SesaThin™ and LeptiGen Rebirth™ are made for people like you (along with things like fish oil). If economics plays a role, I'd not add a "fatburner" until you dropped to under 15% BF.
