    I use one called Neurogenex..not gonna recoomend a company or anything so you'll have to do a net search but i think it works great......i add DMAE and sometimes ALCAR to it too....your ability to concentrate and just "dial in" on the stuff is awesome,makes me feel alert not wired up.....its similar to focus factor i believe,yoiu would have to look and compare ingredients.

    what are the side effects of having too much l-glutamine?

    Re: Focus Factor-->

    They keep advertising free bottles ("just 5.95 shipping") and I'm about to pounce on that.

    Does anyone here have specific experience with Focus Factor?

    EAS makes or used to make a product called NeuroGain. I have not seen in for a while but I tried it for a month and I can tell you that it really did help focus at the gym and block out whats around you. I would have kept taking it but at the time I was in the Navy and couldn't afford it. A friend had given me a jug of it because he didn't like the taste of it. If I remember correctly it was a green powder that you mix with water and tasted kinda limey. It also turned your piss and shit green. But hell it worked

    I read in men's health a couple months ago about a research that was done with men on and men off creatine. the men who were on creatine scored better when there short-term memories were tested than men who were not using creatine.
