    EC Stack.

    I did a search but couldn't find how many time a day and the dosage I should take for it to be a fat burner. I was at one point only taking it once a day at 25mg E and 200mg C about 30 mins before my workout and it did wonders for my energy and lifts. But I was thinking of taking it a few more times a day to boost up my fat burning process. Should I stick to taking it twice a day (one in the Am and another in the mid afternoon pre w/o) for the time being then up my dosages in a few weeks or should I make my dosages smaller now and take it several more times a day?

    I still have a bottle of the VasoPro ephedrine and was unsure, is each tablet 25mgs? My labels got ripped off and I can't read them heh sorry for the stupid question. I totaly forget how much each one is b/c its been a while.

    I think the standard dosing when using it as a thermo is 25mgE/200mgC 3x a day.

    How long apart in time should I take each dosage? I don't want to take it to late to prevent my sleping patterns correct...so about when should be the latest I could take it? Then from there I guess I would just evenly throw the other serving in between that time and when I first take it in the morning.

    Morning, mid-day, evening. Remember, the stimulant effect wears off after prolonged use.

    I've never taken it as a thermo, though, so hopefully someone else can comment here.
