    safe brand/type of fat burner...

Now I'm at my cutting phase, I'm about at 18% BF trying to get down to 8-9% by beginning or mid summer.

right now I'm just starting to do cardio again (argh!) cutting down my caloriers and eating clean

the day usually looksl ike this

oatmeal, cup of fat free milk

grilled chicken, salad, with some sweat potatoe

pre and post shakes both using only water wit scoop of 100% whey, glutamine, and Swole V2 (once i get it)

dinner, same as lunch, more chicken, flax seed oil wit salad

    night, cottage cheese, fat free.

so, back to the question at hand, whats the safest fat burner, and brand, if possible can yo ucan leave a URL from 1fast400 or dpsnutri.

won't be going on the burner for another month or 2 once I get used to the cardio.

i know caffeine is pretty good, but i tend to have sweaty feet and balms when i drink anything caffeinated (sp), and I tend to become really hyper which i don't want while studying, so none of that till the summer

    so whata you guys think?

Based on the limited info, do you lift weights also? Lifting weights is a great way to lose fat and keep it off. As far as good, safe thermogenics, there are many. If your looking for a caffeine free fat burner, it probably wouldnt be as potent, but they have some.
Do a thermogenic search on 1fast400.
