I'm only 17 so i'm not old enough to use PH's, but it looks like i'll be missing out on the opportunity when I AM old enough. It's like "we're taking away the legal stuff so you have to go to the black market where you have no idea what's safe or real". It's bull shit really.

There was talk of it just being adro initially.

It only made it past the judiciary committee. For this to become a law, it must be reach a vote before all of congress and then signed into law by the president.

But yes, this one is comprehensive, like the Biden bill.

With the Biden bill already looming, why do they introduce another bill just like it. Does everyone want credit for their downfall?

One's in the House, one's in the Senate. There's a bit of ego behind which bill "wins the race," so to speak. Also, the process and speed a bill takes to get from council, to debate, to vote is different in each body.

It's frusturating, b/c the supp companies have essentially thrown in the towel. It looks very bad to congressman when there isn't a balanced, unified voice coming from the "industry."

Yeah but the problem is that real gear is sold by people who are (obviously) working "underground". Nobody will manufacture or sell these supps anymore who is selling them now because they are being sold by legitimate businesses like yours truly.

The only way to prevent this shit is to not vote for the people who start these things. Problem is with PHs, they are so not priority that no one knows any politicians stances on them.

OK, like I said before, this PH ban is really pissing me off. This is what really frustrates me:
First, the fact that we won't be able to use PHs anymore. Second, the fact that it seems like we are unable to do anything to prevent it.

Now, we all know this is unfair, but the voting population and politicians in general do not have a clue.
That is why I think we should at least try to do something.

I'm sure many of you have signed a petition on petitiononline before. I know we don't have a lot of time, but I still think that we should organize a petition.

Any ideas or comments?

It's a good thing a large number of people are spending a large amount of money to work on the "problem" of PH. If Biden really cared about our health, he'd do something about the availability (or cost) of health care. Something. Anything.
