    HELP - what vit./mineral am i missing

My calves will occasionally lock up on me, and i have to massage them to get them to unflex. This seems to happen maybe once a month, and usually at night, and it hurts so bad it wakes me up. Any suggestions what vit/mineral i don't have enough of that is keeping my muslce to lock up.

    Thanks

Potassium, Sodium, Calcium... Tons of vitamins + minerals deal with muscle firing + contraction. But Potassium is one of the most important to probally supplement besides your average multivitamin.
