    multi vitamin...with or without iron?

    I heard something about its better to take a multivitamin without iron in it. what kind of multivitmins do you guys all take? should i take one with or without iron?

    Iron isn't necessary if you are getting adequate protein.

    You get plenty of iron from your food, and too much iron sucks.
