I am opting to go against my source and not use the testosterone en. available to me, yet I want to start a cycle of PH, I would like to gain mass and lean muscle, my workout is very solid, and I was wondering if someone might suggest a cycle with 1-test, 4AD and 1AD, or anything else suggested and amounts to consume daily...Thanks

Read the FAQ. A transdermal that contain both 1-test and 4AD is a good way to go. Dermabolics S1+ is a good choice. If you are new to prohormones, this will be plenty strong enough. After a couple of cycles with this, then I would consider stacking M1T with a transdermal 4AD.
