Leptigen & Lipoderm Ultra

I read the thread on Leptigen and a journal talking about Lipo Ultra...I'm wondering if they would help me??

I have 10 weeks until my wedding and I'm looking for something to help me kick it into gear.

I am 5'6", 127, 18.2% body fat

I lift 2-3x a week, and do 4 days of cardio a week, but I'm having trouble losing this last bit of fat. I have taken some tips here and I'm going to eat more, with more protein/good fats.

Would this help me??

Maybe 5-7 lbs?

Your 127lbs w/ 18%bf? If you loose to much fat you will be nothing heh. Were you once overweight? If so that flabby skin will take much longer then 10 weeks to bounce back. I would say tweak your diet some to get the last few pounds you want off. If you want you could post it and we could go through it for you.

I do think that Leptigen Rebirth and Lipo Ultra could be beneficial for you. There are some more drastic measures you can take as well, like dropping your carbs down to nearly 0 for a week and eating high amounts of protein and decent amounts of fats. I think thats a diet similar to that Rob Faigin proposes in his Natural Hormonal Enhancement diet. However, I think it'd be pretty effective in helping you cut weight... I tried it almost three years ago and I dropped quitea few pounds almost immedietly.

Anyhow, good luck in your workouts and of course your wedding

I was once 25-30 lbs more than I am now, but I've been this weight for over a year. I have fat on me....not a ton and I dont care about my scale weight. My lower body and abs are very stubborn.

I eat around 1400 cals (have been eating less until today) and trying to get 1 gm per bw of protein....,125 gms.

Thanks Eggs!!!

I am a lacto-ovo vegetarian, so 0 carbs will be hard, but I would try it. The problem is, when I've done very low carb before I flet horrible. And it's running season and I have to start training for a 1/2 marathon I run every year.

How is the lepigen working for you??? Do you think it would help? Its $$, but I would do it so I could look smokin on the beach!

Oooh, well you cant run and not have carbs... its as simple as that

Hmm, with 10 weeks out, I'm not sure. I'm using the Leptigen Mass and I think I'm getting great results. We'll have to see how the Leptigen Rebirth testers are doing... but I think they'll do well, alot of the principals are the same.

Regardless, my best suggestions are: Clean up your diet totally, do some tanning time in a tanning bed (make sure and use lots of lotion - Vit E & Aloe), hit the weights and cardio nice and hard.

Make sure you are running first thing in the morning... I wouldnt run for too long, but just enough to get your body cranking and your metabolism going for the day.

The testers of Rebirth should be hitting it soon I think, but it could be a little while before they have their results up. I've not used them... but I have heard good things about Avants topical solutions so they certainly could be worth a try.

Holy bullshit batman. Good thing he backs up this statement.

Anywho, Cate, given your circumstances, LeptiGen Basic™ will be better for you. Its likely that your leptin levels are down, given your previous weight loss. LeptiGen Basic™ at adequate dosing will bring leptin back up, rekindling yoour metabolism, while at the same time offering some nutrient partitioning and suppressing hunger.

Lipoderm-Y and/or Ultra would be beneficial if you had a particular area that needed extra lipolysis.

Oh, and if you buy direct, all our products are money back guaranteed.

Eggs, glad you are pleased so far.

Oh, hey TP thanks for correcting that.

Hey, I have a quesiton... bf% when Leptigen Rebirth is most effective is different in males and females because females generally have a higher bf% right? So would say males be able to best utilize Rebirth from say 20% and up while females would get the best results from 25% and up? Or is it static?

I'm not able to access the Avant site right now (I think my network is having some issues with connectivity ).

Well, I need to look at the posts on Leptigen again later when I can access the site.

Could you go into a little more detail with this. I think I have this. My abs I can feel them under the skin and I have the form starting to show or at least I think I do but it feels more like loose skin and not fat. Like when I stand up and flex my abs they look a whole lot better than when sitting down. I still have those little thin roles when I sit down.

As TP said, it will help.

However it's important you get your diet in order.

Thanks everyone!

TP-you said "buy direct" do you mean the Avant site? That is the only place I can seem to find it.

Babs-I am trying to do that now. Jodi suggested 1gm proten per lb, so I'm working towards that. Also, I am trying for 14-1600 cals which is more than I have been eating.

Should I start a journal? Maybe I will after I order them!

I'd suggest starting your journal now... that way you will have people there to encourage you, and if needs be hold you accountable to what your goals are

btw, my family lives in St. Charles in Illinois... beautiful place up there, if not a little flat Hope your wedding goes great!

The city... its going to be beautiful in another 2 months!

My brother and his wife were married out in Bloomingdale and then afterwards we headed downtown for some fun. The Buckingham fountain and surrounding area are wonderful in the summer. All around, Chicago is a great city

TP-another questions. It has a sort of loading phase when you start. Is this necessary??

You have it backward. A loading phase isn't normally necessary -- unless you have been dieting for an extended period and/or leptin levels or already suppressed. In your case, it would probably be beneficial.

Think of it this way, a greater dose is necessary to increase leptin signalling, then is necessary to prevent leptin from falling.

So....I should take the max (3T) since normally, I would take 1T according to my weight and bf%. How long do I have to do this?

I thought you said you were eating 2000 cal per day and was putting weight on?

Anyway you need to be at 1600 cal as stated by Jodi and myself.

Of course you should start a journal....

I would take 3-4 servings per day for 5 or 6 days, then cut it back to twice a day. Increase dosage as you get leaner. I'd start with 3 cans to assess whether you like it or not (they are small).

Lipo Ultra is far more effective. Its also more costly. Original Lipoderm is more cost effective, however, if you use it on your hips/thighs.
