    Should i use it it water or milk?

    Generally when I'm bulking I mix it with milk. When cutting, I only use it with water. Most all of us are lactose intolerent to some degree. Milk, even skim will cause some bloating.

    I say if you're not lactose intolerant mix it with milk..unless you're cutting...then I would go with water and add a little flax oil to the mix.

    I use mine with lactaid or dairy ease. It's whole milk minus the lactose. I need that extra 8 grams of protein milk provides.

    when you wake up and after you workout, take it with only water. all other times, especially if you use it before bed, with milk is better.
